럭키비행단 이용약관

1. 목적과 적용

이 약관은 이매진(ImaJine)이 제공하는 모바일 게임 럭키비행단의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 게임을 내려받아 실행하시면 이 약관에 동의하신 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않으시면 게임 이용을 중단하고 앱을 삭제해 주시기 바랍니다.

운영자는 이매진(ImaJine), 대표자는 이명진(MyeongJin Lee)입니다.

2. 이용 허락의 범위

운영자는 이용자에게 개인적이고 비상업적인 목적으로 럭키비행단을 이용할 수 있는 권리를 드립니다. 이 권리는 양도할 수 없고 다른 사람에게 다시 허락할 수 없습니다. 게임과 게임에 포함된 그래픽, 음원, 코드, 상표에 대한 권리는 운영자와 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다.

3. 서비스 제공

럭키비행단은 무료로 제공되며 회원가입이나 계정 없이 이용하실 수 있습니다. 게임은 오프라인에서도 플레이하실 수 있고, 광고는 인터넷에 연결되어 있을 때만 표시됩니다.

진행 데이터와 설정은 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장됩니다. 운영자 서버에 백업하지 않으므로 앱을 삭제하거나 기기를 바꾸시면 진행 데이터를 되찾아 드릴 수 없습니다.

4. 게임 내 재화와 아이템

게임 안에서 얻는 재화와 장비 같은 콘텐츠는 게임 안에서만 쓰이는 이용 권한입니다. 이에 대해 다음 내용이 적용됩니다.

  1. 현금과 같은 가치를 갖지 않으며 재산으로 보지 않습니다.
  2. 현금이나 다른 재산으로 교환하거나 환전할 수 없습니다.
  3. 게임 서비스가 종료되면 사용할 수 없게 됩니다.

5. 유료 상품

럭키비행단의 유료 상품은 광고 제거 패스 하나입니다. 한 번 구매하면 계속 적용되는 비소모성 상품이며, 구매하시면 광고가 표시되지 않습니다. 유료 확률형 상품은 없습니다.

결제는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play가 처리하며, 가격, 결제 수단, 세금은 각 스토어의 정책을 따릅니다. 운영자는 카드 번호나 결제 수단 정보를 받지 않습니다.

기기를 바꾸거나 앱을 다시 설치하셨다면 같은 스토어 계정으로 설정 화면의 구매 복원을 이용해 주세요.

6. 환불

환불은 결제를 처리한 Apple 또는 Google의 정책에 따라 각 스토어에서 진행됩니다. 운영자는 스토어를 대신해 결제를 취소하거나 환급할 권한이 없습니다. 결제는 됐는데 광고가 계속 표시된다면 먼저 구매 복원을 해 보시고, 그래도 해결되지 않으면 영수증과 함께 문의해 주시기 바랍니다. 소비자 보호에 관한 법률에서 환불을 보장하는 경우에는 해당 법률이 우선합니다.

7. 광고

럭키비행단은 무료로 제공되며 운영을 위해 보상형 광고와 전면 광고를 보여 드립니다. 보상형 광고는 이용자가 선택해 시청할 때만 재생됩니다. 광고 처리 방식은 개인정보처리방침에서 확인하실 수 있습니다.

8. 금지 행위

다음 행위는 하실 수 없습니다.

  1. 변조 프로그램이나 자동화 프로그램을 사용해 게임을 조작하는 행위
  2. 저장 데이터를 임의로 수정해 재화나 아이템을 늘리는 행위
  3. 게임을 역설계하거나 소스를 추출하거나 무단으로 복제하고 배포하는 행위
  4. 보상형 광고를 부정한 방법으로 반복 시청해 보상을 얻는 행위
  5. 결제를 부정한 방법으로 우회하거나 악용하는 행위
  6. 법령을 위반하거나 다른 사람의 권리를 침해하는 행위

이러한 행위로 생긴 문제에 대해서는 운영자가 책임지지 않으며, 운영자는 관련 법령에 따라 필요한 조치를 할 수 있습니다.

9. 서비스의 변경과 종료

운영자는 게임의 내용과 기능을 개선하거나 변경할 수 있습니다. 운영 사정에 따라 서비스 전부 또는 일부를 종료할 수도 있습니다. 서비스를 종료할 때는 가능한 범위에서 미리 공지해 드립니다.

10. 보증의 부인

럭키비행단은 있는 그대로 제공됩니다. 운영자는 게임이 항상 오류 없이 작동한다거나 모든 기기와 운영체제에서 언제나 정상 동작한다고 보증하지 않습니다. 광고가 언제나 제공된다고 보증하지도 않습니다. 이 조항은 관련 법률이 허용하는 범위에서만 적용됩니다.

11. 책임의 제한

운영자는 관련 법률이 허용하는 범위에서 게임 이용으로 발생한 간접 손해와 특별 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 기기 고장, 앱 삭제, 기기 초기화로 기기 안의 데이터가 사라진 경우도 같습니다. 운영자의 고의나 중대한 과실로 발생한 손해에는 이 제한이 적용되지 않습니다. 소비자에게 법률로 보장된 권리는 이 조항으로 제한되지 않습니다.

12. 준거법과 관할

이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되고 적용됩니다. 분쟁이 생기면 서울중앙지방법원을 제1심 관할 법원으로 합니다. 소비자인 이용자에 대해서는 민사소송법이 정한 관할 규정을 따릅니다.

13. 약관의 변경

운영자는 필요한 경우 이 약관을 변경할 수 있습니다. 변경된 약관은 이 페이지에 게시하며 게시한 날부터 적용됩니다. 이용자에게 불리한 변경은 적용일 전에 이 페이지에서 미리 알려 드립니다.

Lucky Squadron Terms of Service

1. Purpose and acceptance

These terms govern your use of Lucky Squadron, a mobile game provided by ImaJine. By downloading and playing the game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the game and delete the app.

Operator: ImaJine, represented by MyeongJin Lee.

2. Licence to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-commercial right to use Lucky Squadron. This right cannot be transferred or sublicensed. All rights in the game, including its graphics, audio, code, and trademarks, remain with the operator and other rightful owners.

3. The service

Lucky Squadron is free, and you can play it without registering or creating an account. The game can be played offline, and ads appear only while you are online.

Progress and settings are stored only on your device. Nothing is backed up on our server, so if you delete the app or change devices, we cannot recover your progress.

4. In-game currency and items

Currency, equipment, and other content you earn in the game are a limited right to use content inside the game. The following applies to them.

  1. They have no real-world monetary value and are not property.
  2. They cannot be exchanged or cashed out for money or other assets.
  3. They become unusable if the service ends.

5. Paid item

The only paid item in Lucky Squadron is the ad removal pass. It is a non-consumable purchase that stays active once bought, and ads no longer appear after you buy it. There are no paid chance-based items.

Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices, payment methods, and taxes follow each store's policy. We never receive payment card data.

If you change devices or reinstall the app, use Restore purchases in Settings with the same store account.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google through the store that processed the payment, under their own policies. We cannot cancel a charge or issue a refund on a store's behalf. If you paid but still see ads, try Restore purchases first, and if that does not help, contact us with your receipt. Where consumer protection law guarantees a refund, that law prevails.

7. Advertising

Lucky Squadron is free and shows rewarded ads and interstitial ads to support its operation. Rewarded ads play only when you choose to watch one. How ad data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Prohibited conduct

You may not do any of the following.

  1. Use modified software or automation programs to manipulate the game
  2. Edit save data to increase currency or items
  3. Reverse engineer, extract source from, or copy and distribute the game without permission
  4. Abuse rewarded ads through fraudulent repeat views to obtain rewards
  5. Bypass or abuse the payment process by fraudulent means
  6. Break the law or infringe the rights of others

We are not responsible for problems caused by such conduct, and we may take the measures that applicable law allows.

9. Changes to the service

We may improve or change the content and features of the game. We may end all or part of the service for operational reasons. If the service ends, we will give notice in advance as far as we reasonably can.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Lucky Squadron is provided as is. We do not warrant that the game will always run without errors or that it will work on every device and operating system version. We do not warrant that ads will always be available either. This section applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or special damages arising from your use of the game. The same applies when data on your device is lost through a device failure, deleting the app, or resetting the device. This limitation does not apply to damage caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Rights guaranteed to consumers by law are not limited by this section.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance. For users who are consumers, the jurisdiction rules of the Civil Procedure Act apply.

13. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms when necessary. Revised terms are posted on this page and take effect from the date of posting. Changes that are unfavourable to users are announced on this page before they take effect.
