1. 개요

럭키비행단은 iOS, iPadOS, Android에서 제공하는 무료 세로 슈팅 로그라이크 게임입니다. 게임을 하기 위해 회원가입을 하거나 계정을 만들 필요가 없습니다. 게임 안에서 이름, 이메일 주소, 전화번호, 주소를 묻지 않습니다. 이 방침은 게임을 이용할 때 어떤 정보가 어디에서 처리되는지 설명합니다.

2. 기기 안에만 저장되는 정보

운영자는 게임 서버를 운영하지 않습니다. 다음 정보는 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장되며 운영자에게 전송되지 않습니다.

  1. 파일럿, 전투기, 장비, 연구의 성장 상태와 기록 같은 게임 진행 데이터
  2. 배경음, 효과음, 진동, 언어 같은 설정값
  3. 연령 확인을 위해 입력하신 출생 연도

출생 연도는 맞춤형 광고를 끌지 정하는 데만 쓰며, 연도 자체는 기기 밖으로 보내지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 정보도 함께 삭제됩니다.

운영자 서버에 백업하지 않으므로, 기기를 바꾸거나 앱을 삭제하신 뒤에는 운영자가 진행 데이터를 옮기거나 되살려 드릴 수 없습니다.

3. 광고

럭키비행단은 Google LLC가 제공하는 Google AdMob으로 보상형 광고와 전면 광고를 보여 드립니다. 광고는 인터넷에 연결되어 있을 때만 표시되며, 광고 제거 패스를 구매하시면 표시되지 않습니다.

광고를 보여 드리는 과정에서 Google은 Google의 정책에 따라 다음 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.

  1. 광고 식별자: iOS의 IDFA, Android의 광고 ID
  2. 기기 모델, 운영체제, 앱 버전 같은 기기와 앱 정보
  3. IP 주소로 추정한 대략적인 위치
  4. 광고 노출과 클릭 같은 광고 상호작용 정보

이 처리에는 Google의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다. 자세한 내용은 Google 개인정보처리방침과 Google이 파트너 앱의 정보를 사용하는 방식에서 확인하실 수 있습니다.

4. 광고 동의와 맞춤형 광고

유럽 경제 지역과 영국처럼 동의가 필요한 지역에서는 Google UMP 동의 양식이 표시됩니다. 선택은 게임 설정의 광고 개인정보 설정에서 언제든지 다시 바꾸실 수 있습니다.

iOS에서는 앱 추적 투명성 설정으로 추적을 허용하신 경우에만 IDFA가 사용됩니다.

앱을 처음 실행하면 연령 확인을 위해 출생 연도를 여쭙니다. 연령 확인 결과에 따라 맞춤형 광고를 끄며, 이 경우 관심사에 기반하지 않은 광고만 표시됩니다.

어떤 선택을 하셔도 게임은 그대로 이용하실 수 있습니다.

5. 인앱 구매

럭키비행단의 유료 상품은 비소모성 상품인 광고 제거 패스 하나입니다. 결제는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play가 처리합니다. 운영자는 카드 번호나 결제 수단 정보를 받지 않으며 보관하지도 않습니다.

구매 내역은 각 스토어가 관리합니다. 기기를 바꾸거나 앱을 다시 설치하셨다면 설정의 구매 복원으로 다시 불러오실 수 있습니다. 결제 과정의 정보 처리에는 각 스토어의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.

6. 분석과 오류 수집

럭키비행단은 이용 통계 분석이나 오류 기록 수집을 위한 SDK를 사용하지 않습니다. 운영자는 플레이 기록이나 이용 시간 같은 정보를 받지 않습니다.

7. 문의 메일

메일로 문의하시면 이메일 주소와 문의 내용, 함께 보내 주신 기기 정보와 스크린샷을 답변과 문제 해결에만 사용합니다. 삭제를 원하시면 같은 주소로 요청해 주세요.

8. 제3자 제공과 처리 위탁

운영자는 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 게임 운영에 필요한 범위에서 아래 사업자가 정보를 처리합니다.

9. 국외 이전

위 사업자의 서버는 미국을 포함해 대한민국 밖에 있을 수 있습니다. 따라서 광고를 요청하거나 결제할 때 정보가 네트워크를 통해 국외로 이전될 수 있습니다. 이전되는 항목과 목적은 3항부터 5항까지 설명한 내용과 같고, 이전받는 자는 8항에 적은 사업자입니다. 보유 기간은 10항과 같습니다.

10. 보유 기간

  1. 기기에 저장된 정보는 이용자가 앱을 삭제할 때까지 기기에 남아 있습니다.
  2. 광고 과정에서 Google이 처리하는 정보는 Google의 정책에 따라 보관됩니다.
  3. 결제와 구매 기록은 Apple과 Google의 정책에 따라 보관됩니다.
  4. 문의 메일은 답변과 문제 해결에 필요한 동안 보관하며, 삭제를 요청하시면 지웁니다.

11. 데이터 삭제와 이용자의 권리

이용자는 자신의 정보에 대해 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 문의 메일을 제외하면 운영자가 따로 보관하는 정보가 없으므로, 다음 방법으로 직접 관리하실 수 있습니다.

  1. 앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 진행 데이터, 설정, 출생 연도가 모두 지워집니다.
  2. iOS에서는 설정 앱의 개인정보 보호 및 보안에서 추적 허용을 끌 수 있습니다.
  3. Android에서는 기기 설정의 광고 항목에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다.
  4. 동의가 필요한 지역에서는 게임 설정의 광고 개인정보 설정에서 광고 동의를 다시 선택할 수 있습니다.

대한민국 이용자에게는 개인정보 보호법이 적용됩니다. 이용자는 같은 법에 따라 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요구할 수 있고, 권리 침해가 있으면 개인정보 분쟁조정위원회나 개인정보침해 신고센터에 도움을 요청할 수 있습니다.

유럽 경제 지역과 영국의 이용자에게는 일반 개인정보 보호법(GDPR)이 적용됩니다. 광고 처리의 법적 근거는 이용자의 동의이며, 결제 처리의 법적 근거는 계약 이행입니다. 이용자는 동의를 언제든지 철회할 수 있고, 감독 기관에 이의를 제기할 수 있습니다.

Lucky Squadron Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Lucky Squadron is a free vertical shooting roguelike game for iOS, iPadOS, and Android. You do not need to register or create an account to play. The game never asks for your name, email address, phone number, or postal address. This policy explains what information is handled when you play and where.

The operator is ImaJine (이매진), represented by MyeongJin Lee. For privacy questions, write to dlaudwls1203@gmail.com.

2. Information stored only on your device

We do not run a game server. The following stays on your device and is never sent to us.

  1. Game progress, such as the growth of your pilots, fighters, equipment, and research, and your records
  2. Settings such as music, sound effects, vibration, and language
  3. The birth year you enter for the age check

The birth year is used only to decide whether personalized ads are turned off, and the year itself never leaves your device. Deleting the app removes this information from the device.

Because nothing is backed up on our server, we cannot move or restore your progress after you change devices or delete the app.

3. Advertising

Lucky Squadron shows rewarded ads and interstitial ads through Google AdMob, provided by Google LLC. Ads appear only while you are online, and they no longer appear once you buy the ad removal pass.

While serving ads, Google may process the following under its own policies.

  1. Advertising identifiers: the IDFA on iOS and the advertising ID on Android
  2. Device and app information such as device model, operating system, and app version
  3. Approximate location estimated from your IP address
  4. Ad interaction information such as impressions and clicks

Google's privacy policy applies to this processing. See the Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services for details.

4. Ad consent and personalized ads

In regions where consent is required, such as the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, a Google UMP consent form is shown. You can change your choice at any time through Ad privacy settings in the game settings.

On iOS, the IDFA is used only if you allow tracking through App Tracking Transparency.

The first time you open the app, you are asked for your birth year as an age check. Depending on the result, personalized ads are turned off, and in that case only ads that are not based on your interests are shown.

Whatever you choose, you can keep playing the game as usual.

5. In-app purchases

The only paid item in Lucky Squadron is the ad removal pass, a non-consumable purchase. Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never receive or store payment card data.

Purchase history is managed by each store. If you change devices or reinstall the app, use Restore purchases in Settings to bring the pass back. Each store's privacy policy applies to the payment process.

6. Analytics and crash reporting

Lucky Squadron does not use any SDK for usage analytics or crash reporting. We do not receive information such as your play records or play time.

7. Support email

If you email us, we use your email address, your message, and any device details or screenshots you include only to answer you and fix the problem. To have them deleted, ask us at the same address.

8. Sharing and processors

We do not sell personal information. The following companies process data, limited to what running the game requires.

  1. Google LLC for Google AdMob advertising and Google UMP consent management
  2. Apple Inc. and Google LLC for in-app payment processing

9. International transfers

Servers operated by the companies above may be located outside the Republic of Korea, including in the United States. Information may therefore be transferred abroad over the network when ads are requested or a payment is made. The categories and purposes are described in sections 3 through 5, the recipients are listed in section 8, and retention is set out in section 10.

10. Retention

  1. Information stored on your device stays there until you delete the app.
  2. Information Google processes for advertising is retained under Google's policies.
  3. Payment and purchase records are retained under Apple's and Google's policies.
  4. Support emails are kept as long as needed to answer and fix the problem, and are deleted on request.

11. Deleting data and your rights

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a stop to the processing of your information. Apart from support emails, we keep no information about you, so you can manage your data directly.

  1. Deleting the app erases the progress, settings, and birth year stored on the device.
  2. On iOS, turn off tracking permission under Privacy and Security in the Settings app.
  3. On Android, reset or delete the advertising ID under the ads section of your device settings.
  4. In regions where consent is required, reopen Ad privacy settings in the game settings to change your advertising consent.
  5. Advertising information processed by Google can be managed in My Ad Center and in the data and privacy settings of your Google Account.

12. Children

Lucky Squadron is not primarily directed to children under 13. The first time you open the app, your age is checked with your birth year, and personalized ads are turned off depending on the result. The birth year stays on your device, and we do not collect personal information from any user, including children, on a server.

13. Regional notices

Users in the Republic of Korea are covered by the Personal Information Protection Act (개인정보 보호법). You may request access, correction, deletion, and suspension of processing, and you may seek help from the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee or the Privacy Infringement Report Center.

Users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom are covered by the General Data Protection Regulation. The legal basis for advertising is your consent, and the legal basis for payment processing is performance of a contract. You may withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Users in California are covered by the California Consumer Privacy Act. We do not sell personal information. You may request access and deletion, and you will not be treated differently for making a request.

14. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we post the new version on this page and update the effective date.
